We managed resource management for 6 teams and 300 employees. Our efforts resulted in demonstrable improvements in both efficiency and revenue.

Through clear analysis, we identified employee capacity for new projects and training, which improved the ability of managers and the recruitment department to determine the skills and levels needed. Our weekly reports gave stakeholders insight into progress against targets.

JSPM set up a resource planning department for the engineering department of the municipality of Rotterdam. A long-held wish that was finally fulfilled after 10 years. With a workforce of 1,500, this was a significant challenge, which we tackled using existing software within the municipality.

Our interactive dashboard allows users to filter by period, team leader, project or position, visually displaying all employee work and availability. To ensure the quality and reliability of the dashboard, we worked closely with employees, who provided crucial input. We fostered a culture of transparency by continuously sharing results, creating support even among those less directly involved in the process.

At JSPM, transparency, cost-effectiveness and improved efficiency are key. Therefore, we also provided training in the use of the dashboard and its process to ensure continued trouble-free use of the system.

JSPM proudly supported Albemarle in developing comprehensive project schedules for the construction of multiple plants focused on lithium processing.

By using Primavera P6, we were able to accurately and efficiently create the schedules and simulate different construction scenarios. This enabled Albemarle to make informed decisions and effectively manage their projects throughout the construction process. Our team worked closely with Albemarle to understand their specific requirements and provide customized solutions that met their expectations. Our joint efforts allowed us to support Albemarle in achieving their ambitious lithium processing goals.

For our client Vattenfall, we implemented a standardized approach for the entire project portfolio of the Heat business unit.
By developing a template and reporting system, we created new insights and enabled the organization to make faster decisions.

We helped TAQA efficiently plan and organize electrical and instrumentation related work to achieve project goals within set deadlines and budgets.

Furthermore, also with preparing work orders, work plans and work instructions, including gathering required documentation and permits.

We support the Municipality of Eindhoven in the Brainport Bereikbaar project, aimed at improving mobility and reducing CO2 emissions.

Our tasks include analyzing mobility patterns, identifying bottlenecks and working with various stakeholders to find appropriate solutions. We ensure the progress of tasks, direct stakeholders and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of measures taken.

By collecting data and feedback, we strive to continuously improve mobility policies.

Our efforts contribute to strengthening Brainport as an innovative and livable region, where mobility contributes to both prosperity and community well-being.
